Awesome replacement for your tired Carter BBD!

Thanks for clicking on the ads! :)
It earns me 2 or 3 bucks a day, enough to run this site!

The adapter you'll need is Mr Gasket part # 1937

You will also need a screw in fuel filter about the size of a cig lighter, for a 1980's Ford truck.
The Napa P# is Fuel Filter 3046

Next. you'll need to get an aircleaner assembly off a 1970's Jeep Wagoneer or if you don't need emissions- or need to clear the power brakes go with a generic 9" cleaner & assembly from any auto parts store.

Finally, if you have a 6 cylinder, your stock accelerator cable will be too long. Just order one for a jeep cj V8, it is about 3" shorter which makes it the perfect legth. I got mine (cheaply) from www.jeepdoc.com
